Clean grocery store with a large selection of produce, ice cream, wine and spirits, seafood, meats, bakery goods, and even fresh sushi.
I just started using their online shopping. Each time I've placed an order online my groceries have been ready and wheeled out to my car. My produce nicely picked out, everything there. Service is courteous and accurate. Website easy to use. Someone is there to call if I run into a snag . 5 stars.
Great place to go for groceries and or prescriptions. Top quality groceries at a reasonable price. Customer service is a big deal at Safeway, the employees do take care of it's customers with whatever our needs be. And the store is always clean. Another great things is it's location, smack dab in the center of Sequim. Does get a little crowded around lunch time, but the crowd moves quick thanks to quick check out stands that are always sanitized and full of reusable shopping bags. My family and I enjoy going to Safeway a couple time a week.
Well while prices rise an discounts get lower, Safeway shelves are all fully stocked! They have moved items around. The store has a fresh look to is inside with new an old items side by side at okay prices.
A great place to shop for far better produce than Walmart. Delicious french bread and bagels baked on site. But I would give them 5 stars if their grocery pickup online service hadn't sent me a deluge of junk mail/marketing emails when I signed up. I immediately closed my pickup account and had to use Walmart instead. I also think the groc pickup should have a covered area for customers, instead of the crowded parking lot. It would be far safer to put that at a back or side door location like Walmart in Port Angeles. The staff and the customers would not be in the rain or snow/wind while loading groceries. It is not easy to get onto either bordering street if making a left turn, with no traffic light like the Safeway in Port Angeles.
Friendly people work here (including me🙂. Like just about everywhere these days, prices are pretty high. Safeway prides itself on customer service. We try like heck to make your experience a good one …
Kerry, in the Bakery at the Sequim Safeway, made the BEST cake for my son's 12 birthday! Beautiful! She is such a talented cake decorator. She was cooperative and flexible with last min change requests and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend her for cake decorating needs and will definitely order cakes in the future from the Sequim Safeway bakery!

All the self checks had labels saying they were card only so we went to the only "open" check lane. The checker was nowhere to be found and customer service told me to wait. After they finally made it to the check stand they were rude during the transaction acting like I was being the rude one and told me "only two self check stands are card only" all in all not a good experience for an overpriced and unorganized cramped store.
